Quality

High-quality is essential and in the children’s food industry of vital importance. Each step of the production processes is therefore aimed at guaranteeing this quality. Besides the constant focus on quality, there is also attention for development and innovation.

Our approach to quality management is consistent, systematic and thorough, aimed at continuous improvement. All our production processes, raw materials and end products are extensively tested in terms of quality and food safety aspects. In order to offer our clients the best possible food safety guarantee, all our production processes are conducted according to critical control points (HACCP). These are closely linked to the Dutch and European foodstuffs legislation and the standards of the Codex Alimentarius; legislation and standards with which we comply as well. Examples of other quality systems which we use are BRC, GMP and IFS.

Our product development is based not only on legislation and regulations but also on market developments and the wishes and requirements of our clients. We apply the very latest insights and knowledge of research institutes and universities for the development, production and packaging of products. We also have the know-how to adapt infant formula to the locally applicable legislation and regulations per country. Our R&D team can develop products on the basis of ready-made recipes, but also offers advice with regard to product characteristics, in order to arrive at the best possible end product.
